GLENN TURNER

Glenn is a leading member of the Australian KOOKABURRAS hockey team which was voted the nation’s top sporting team in 2010 after having won the CHAMPIONS TROPHY and two Gold medals at the WORLD CUP and COMMONWEALTH GAMES in 2010. Glenn has played over 50 games with the KOOKABURRAS now as a very talented striker.

Glenn is actively involved in promotion of hockey at all levels, especially with juniors, and was one of the top nominees for ACT Sportsman of the Year in 2010 for his achievements.

Capital Mining is very proud to be sponsoring Glenn in the Australian Hockey League (AHL) and wishes him and the KOOKABURRAS all the very best in their preparation in the lead up to the
2012 LONDON OLYMPICS.
